Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped or processed for dispatch.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible through email or phone with your order details.

If the order has not been processed, a full refund will be initiated.


After Shipment

Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Customers may refer to our refund eligibility conditions if there is any issue with the delivered product.


2. Customized & Personalized Orders

Customized hampers, personalized gifts, and made-to-order products are specially prepared according to customer preferences.

Therefore:

  • Customized or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production or packaging has started.

  • Such products are generally non-refundable unless received damaged or incorrect.


3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be applicable under the following situations:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Product received in damaged condition

  • Missing items in the order

  • Order cancelled before shipment

To request a refund, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order details

  • Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging


4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Minor color or design variations due to screen differences

  • Delay caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances

  • Incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer

  • Customized/personalized orders without damage or defects

  • Change of mind after order dispatch


5. Refund Process

Once your refund request is reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider or bank

Lovox reserves the right to reject refund requests that do not meet the policy conditions.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with supporting photos/videos.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution such as:

  • Replacement

  • Store credit

  • Refund (if applicable)
