After Shipment
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Customized & Personalized Orders
Customized hampers, personalized gifts, and made-to-order products are specially prepared according to customer preferences.
Therefore:
Customized or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production or packaging has started.
Such products are generally non-refundable unless received damaged or incorrect.
3. Refund Eligibility

Product received in damaged condition
Missing items in the order
Order cancelled before shipment
